• Dr. Dayue Lin, Chairman

    Dr. Dayue Lin received his bachelor, master and Ph.D. degree from the Department of Economics of Hangzhou University, the Department of Management of Fudan University and the School of Political Economy of Catholic University of Leuven in Belgium respectively. He once worked for JGI Company (Belgium), and is currently the director of Shenzhen Hypernano Optics Technology Co., Ltd... Dr. Lin has rich investment and management experience in the fields of international trade, commodities, emerging technologies, and the Internet.
  • Dr. Liang Wu, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

    Dr. Liang WU received his Ph.D., Master and Bachelor degree from Catholic University of Leuven in Belgium, Tsinghua University and Dalian University of Technology respectively. He also held EMBA from the Business School, Nanjing University. He has worked for Intel Architecture Development Co., Ltd., Belgian FEMAGSoft SA (Senior Research and Development Engineer, Chief Representative in Beijing, etc.), Belgian 3L International SPRL (Director of Technology), Suzhou GCL Industry Application Research Institute Co., Ltd. (Vice President, GCL Central Research Institute of GCL group) and GCL Solar Energy Materials Co., Ltd. (Chief Engineer). Dr. Wu is an internationally renowned scientist in various crystal growth technologies. He has nearly 20 years of hand-on R&D and management experience on various single crystal growth processes for semiconductor, solar and LED applications, including crystal growth equipment and hot zone design, modeling & optimization, defect engineering and material characterization. He led an R&D team who developed world-first 60 mm crack-free bulk AlN single crystalline wafer with leading DUV transparency in 2018. He also developed disruptive technologies to massively produce high-quality 2-inch/4-inch AlN templates for the first time. Dr. WU has been granted more than 40 patents and authored one book published in Germany. He contributed more than 100 journal/conference papers and invited/plenary keynote talks in leading national/international conferences. He is also a guest editor of Journal of Crystal Growth, a youth editorial board member of Journal of Synthetic Crystals, an invited reviewer of well-known journals such as the Journal of Crystal Growth, Crystal Growth and Design, Chinese Physics B, Journal of Synthetic Crystals. Dr. Wu is a member of the Committee on Synthetic Crystals of Standardization, and scientific committee member of SEMIChina since 2011.
  • Dr. Zhiyue Xiao, Director

    Dr. Zhiyue Xiao graduated from the Faculty of Law of King's College London, Faculty of Law of London School of Economics and Political Science and Department of Economics of Hangzhou University with the Ph.D., Master and Bachelor degree, respectively. He holds a lawyer's license in Britain and Hong Kong, and once worked as a partner in well-known law firms in London, Hong Kong and other places. Later, He served as the managing director and co-chairman of Credit Suisse (Hong Kong), president of Cinda Capital Management Co., Ltd. and senior consultant of Hong Kong Securities Regulatory Commission. As the Generation-I legal person after the reform and opening up, Dr. Xiao has participated in a series of major restructuring, listing and mergers and acquisitions of Chinese enterprises.
  • Dr. Qikun Wang, R&D director

    Dr. Qikun Wang obtained his Ph.D. degree in AlN crystal growth at Shanghai University. Dr. Wang Qikun has rich R&D experience in AlN single crystal growth, including process modeling and simulation, process optimization and material characterization etc.. Dr. Wang led the R&D team of Ultratrend Technologies Inc. to develop the world-first Ø 60mm AlN single crystalline ingots and wafer samples in 2018, and develop mass-production technologies and processes for high-quality 2-inch/4-inch AlN templates for the first time. He also developed a serials of proprietary modeling and simulation modules dedicated for AlN crystal growth by the PVT method. Dr. Wang has participated in several key projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and also the key member of the 2020 Key Research and Development Program of Zhejiang Province. Dr. Wang has more than 20 patents in the field of AlN material, and has published five international journal papers and two of them chosen as the cover page, such as Crystal Growth & Design, Journal of Crystal Growth and Physica Status Solidi A. He also has contributed more than 10 invited international conference papers.
